AT PHOENIX-IPTV.NET, we strive to provide high-quality IPTV services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. This is why we offer a refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

Once your subscription has been activated we cannot offer any modifications for the agreed period.

Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  1. You have breached our terms and conditions.

  2. You have shared your account information with others.

  3. You have used our services to engage in illegal activities.

  4. If you buy our product after receiving trial email.

We will activate your IPTV subscription under 24 hours of recieving your payment. To ensure the right setup, please provide all information about your devices and location.

If we do not recieve device information in the order note, we will activate and send m3u list. Please note that we will not be able to change the format for the agreed period.
